Returns
We strive to ensure all of our products are exactly what you were expecting and at this time have a NO return policy on all products.
If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact customer service at orders@primrosecottagequilts.com within 30 days of receipt of the order so that we can correct the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace, reship or refund if the claim is not made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
If a return has been approved the goods must be received back in new resalable condition and include all original packaging. Items that have any smoke odor, or have been used will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact customer service at orders@primrosecottagequilts.com.
PDF/Digital Item Refund Policy: All PDF/Digital items are considered "used" after purchase and are therefore non-refundable.
